'Part 2' Final Out Requests/30 Days before Projected Departure Date

Below are summarized checklists for each region.

These items are all required to be completed and sent to our Org Box, 60FSSFSMPDAssignments@us.af.mil ahead of the outlined suspense reflected in your Initial e-mail.

Failure to do so will result in notification of your Supervisor and First Sergeant. All Items must be submitted no later than 14 days from your projected departure date.

Unable to do so will result in delay of your projected departure from Travis AFB.  

Final Out-Processing Appointment (UNIFORM MANDATORY)

The following items are mandatory at the final out-processing appointment, held daily at 0830 (excluding federal holidays and weekends)
