Identification Card Events - Sep/Ret/Transfer

1. Verify DEERs record is accurate

2. ID card can be maintained until last day on Active Duty

Security Termination Statement - AF IMT 2587

1. Unit Security Manager will assist with completion.

Veterans Outpatient Dental Treatment

1. Signature from Dental Clinic personnel required, as well as member's signature

Relocation Processing

1. Requires unit processing from GTC & Security Manager as well as the FIrst Sergeant

1. Signatures from member & medical personnel are required

Retirement Certificate Request

1. Complete and return to the Retirements Section as soon as possible
