1. Verify DEERs record is accurate

2. ID card can be maintained until the last day on Active Duty

Relocation Processing

1. Requires unit processing from GTC & Security Manager as well as First Sergeant

Security Termination Statement - AF IMT 2587

1. Unit Security Manager will assist with completion

Veterans Outpatient Dental Treatment
